Without the app, rentals start at $8 for the first 2 hours. With our free app, you save 40% with rentals starting at just $5 for 2 hours. The app also lets you find nearby machines and track your rental history.
What devices are compatible with the battery packs?
Our 6,000mAh battery packs work with all smartphones and tablets. They include USB-C, Lightning, and Micro-USB cables built-in, so you can charge iPhone, Android, and most other devices without carrying your own cables.
What if I lose or damage a battery pack?
If a battery pack is not returned within 7 days, a replacement fee of $80 will be charged to your payment method. For damaged units, fees vary based on the extent of damage. Please contact our support team if you have concerns.
